This section contains a variety of publications
of interest to members of the ACFD.
These competencies are
used by Canadian faculties of dentistry as a guideline for the
developement of their curriculums.
The purpose of a Biennial
Conference is to bring together representatives from the Canadian
dental schools to discuss issues and topics of current relevance
and importance to the Canadian dental schools and university-based
dental education in general. Applications must be submitted
by April 15, of each year.
The Canadian Council
on Animal Care (CCAC) is an autonomous and independent body created
to oversee the use of animals in science in Canada. The
CCAC is accountable to the general public and is reponsible for
the dissemination of information on the use of animals in science
to Canadians.
